Important: The return address is not the same as the one on your parcel label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we’ll provide the correct address and instructions by email.

Eligibility & condition

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and hangtags.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
  • Shipping fees (including expedited options) are non-refundable.

How to start a return

  1. Email info.amaroapparel@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. You may submit one return request per order.
  4. We’ll reply within 48 business hours with the correct return address and instructions.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Please keep your tracking receipt.

Processing & refunds

  • Transit to warehouse: Typically up to 2–3 weeks from the date you ship it back.
  • Inspection & processing: Typically up to 2–3 weeks after arrival.
  • We will email you when your return is received and processed.
  • Approved returns are refunded as an Amaro Apparel e-gift card (original shipping costs excluded).
  • A US$6 restocking fee per item is deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to help with sizes and preferences.

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags/packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Start an exchange by emailing info.amaroapparel@gmail.com. If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue an e-gift card so you can reorder.

Order cancellations

  • Orders may be cancellable within 2 hours of placement — email us at info.amaroapparel@gmail.com.
  • A 5% processing fee applies to cancellations.
  • Once an order begins processing in our system, we may be unable to amend or cancel it.

Final Sale & custom orders

  • Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom-made items are non-refundable.
