Overview
We ship worldwide.
Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$120 (or US$150 for the USA) after all discounts, in most countries/regions.
Exceptions (addresses we can’t ship to)
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or non-continental European territories (islands/overseas territories affiliated with European countries). Please include a full street/building number to avoid delays or lost packages.
Customs duties & taxes (DDU)
All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the customer (especially if you choose DHL shipping).
Customers are liable for any return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees if a parcel is refused due to unpaid import duties/taxes.
We cannot declare purchases as gifts or under-declare values.
Order processing & receiving time
- In-stock items: 1–5 business days for processing plus the shipping time listed below.
- Pre-order items: Receiving time is calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed below.
- Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order): The shipping date may vary based on the pre-order item’s estimated date.
